Vashondra “Vee” Sterdivant is the Founder and Managing Director of Quality Tax & Accounting Solutions, LLC, where she helps individuals, entrepreneurs, real estate investors, nonprofit organizations, trusts, and estates make informed financial decisions and build stronger financial futures.

With approximately 20 years of accounting, taxation, and financial-management experience, Vee brings a practical, multidisciplinary perspective to tax preparation, proactive tax planning, accounting, business advisory, nonprofit services, trust and estate accounting, and real estate tax strategies. She graduated from Mississippi State University in 2011 and previously served as a government tax auditor, gaining valuable experience in tax compliance, financial documentation, audit procedures, and the importance of maintaining accurate and defensible records.

Vee’s expertise also extends beyond traditional accounting. She has worked as a construction manager on disaster-recovery projects following major hurricanes and has performed FEMA housing inspections. These roles strengthened her ability to assess property conditions, review construction and repair costs, document building components, and understand how disaster damage, rehabilitation, and property improvements affect a project financially.

As an experienced real estate investor, Vee understands property ownership from both the accounting side and the investor’s perspective. Her direct experience with acquisitions, renovations, rental operations, project budgeting, and investment planning allows her to provide guidance that reflects the real challenges property owners face.

This combined background in accounting, taxation, construction, property inspections, repair-cost analysis, and real estate investing has been especially valuable in developing her cost segregation practice. Vee uses her experience to help identify and document qualifying property components, evaluate renovation and improvement costs, organize supporting records, and coordinate comprehensive cost segregation studies designed to accelerate depreciation and improve investor cash flow.

Through Quality Tax & Accounting Solutions, Vee works closely with clients to identify opportunities, improve financial organization, reduce tax exposure, maintain compliance, and implement strategies that support long-term profitability and wealth creation.
